Enjoyed this lovely salad for dinner tonight.
2 Large handfuls baby spinach (I like to chop mine, easier to eat that way!)
2-3 large strawberries sliced4 green grapes sliced in half
1 tbsp chopped raw pecans
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 small avocado chopped
1 tsp chia seeds
Dressing is your choice-I liked Renee’s light poppyseed dressing.
Toss spinach with your dressing and add to your bowl. Top with all ingredients. Enjoy!
If you would like more protein, you can add sliced chicken or steak (my boyfriend likes this one!)
