“Whatever’s in the Fridge” Salad

My mom makes salads like this all the time and somehow they always turn out yummy.  There is no right or wrong way to do this really…pretty much a lil of this and a lil of that. Here’s an example (literally what I had leftover):

Handful chopped kale

1/4 ish of crumbled feta (goat and sheep milk)

Sprinkling of Pumpkin seeds

Chopped Kelp noodles (love these-you need to try)

Radish, about 2-3 chopped or sliced

Carrot shredded (mine was already pre shredded)

1/2 large Zucchini, chopped

2 Green (spring) onions, chopped

Handful Cilantro, chopped

1 Avocado, chopped

Gluten free black rice, probably about a cup (already cooked from leftovers)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon juice (1 large lemon)

Soy free seasoning sauce (by Naked Coconuts), to taste (kinda sweet and salty-really good with lots of things)
