Green Smoothie Bowl

Delicious. Healthy. Easy. Quick.

My favourite green smoothie breakfast bowl (eat it with a spoon not drink it!)

Makes 2 bowls.

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 ripe banana 

2 handfuls spinach

Tsp chia seeds

Tsp flax seeds

Tsp spirulina powder 

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

  Pour half of the smoothie into a bowl and top with favourite toppings.
I used chia seeds, blueberries, unsweetened coconut and kiwi today.  Yummy and satisfying!
