Breakfast Parfait

  I usually have these things in the fridge, and if not they are pretty quick to whip up.

Layer below ingredients in a small mason jar in the following order:

1. Chia pudding 

2. Smoothie of choice

3. Raw buckwheat groats (great for crunch

4. Raw cocoa nibs (also great for crunch)

5. Fresh berries or fruit of choice

Serve with a spoon, mix all together and enjoy!
