Anytime Muesli Cereal

Have a bowl for breakfast..

Use as a topping on yogurt or smoothie bowl..

Layer in a breakfast parfait ..

Any way you have it, this muesli is healthy, satisfying and delicious!  

Plus, it’s super easy to make!

Makes about 20 servings

  • 1 c almonds
  • 1 c walnuts
  • 1 c oats
  • 1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 c raw buckwheat groats
  • 1 c raw cocao nibs
  • 1 c chia seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 c pepitas
  • 1 c puffed rice
  • 1/2 c dried goji berries 
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon

  Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl.  Store in airtight container.


As cereal with plant based milk and fresh berries
