Avocado Cocao Pudding

A little bit of a healthier take on  your traditional chocolate pudding.  But equally delicious. 


1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil (liquid form)

1/4 c Cocao powder

1/8 teaspoon salt 

1 tbsp flaxseeds  


Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender.  I use my beloved vitamix.  

If you don’t have one I would say food processor would be your next best choice.

Let set in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Serve alone or with fresh fruit.
