Healing Tonic Tea

This tonic has anti-inflammatory and detoxifying ingredients.  

It helps me with my nausea and body aches.



1/2 tbsp ground ginger

1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp turmeric powder

Pinch of cardamom 

500ml boiling water

1/2 unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of your choice)

1 slice of fresh lemon

Optional: 1 tsp raw honey 

Combine all dry ingredients in a mug and pour boiling water overtop. 

Whisk until dissolved and add your milk substitute of choice and honey for sweetness.  

(It is a little spicy from the ginger without) Enjoy as you would a warm cup of tea.  Especially good before bedtime ūüĆõ
