DAY 17 phantom pain

Well the pain crept up… I fell asleep kind of with heating pad last night and 2 t3… Then woke up to horrible pain at about 1230 and it was my flank on both sides so I am pretty sure it is my kidneys …. So I groaned for about an hour and contemplated hospital but decided I couldn’t do that to either my boyfriend or mom.. So I took 1 more t3 at 2am when the pain plateaus…..

Then the rest of the night just kept waking up but kind of slept in a drugged up trance with the heating pad all night..But made it through. Now I feel best I have …. Just very drained. But likely a false sense of being ok due to the T3s.

Pain is much worse at night … Likely cuz I eat and drink towards the end of the day and kidneys then have to start processing? I don’t know!!!

I got up around 7am and took activated charcoal with a full glass of water that weighed heavily on my stomach.

I then rested for an hour and took my Bab2 and cognease detox, determined to get back on track with my meds.

I made a lovely breakfast all the while very weak and feeling sick.. In fact… I was sick once in the middle of preparing… I figured because of an empty stomach.  I ate, took my pills and was sick 5 times following that… I finally laid down at 10am and passed out from weakness and exhaustion.

I woke up almost 4 hours later and guess what? The pain is back. I don’t even know what it feels like anymore….

I said if this became excruciating again tonight that I will go to the hospital.. I just keep thinking it’s going to pass.  I will wait it out until tonight.

Brown Rice Breakfast Bowl

This is a quick and easy savoury breakfast bowl.  Perfect with leftover rice!  And yes my easy over egg is perfectly imperfect 😊

You will need:

1/2 c cooked brown rice

1 egg

Baby Bok choy, sliced

Vidalia onion, a few thin slices

Grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 Avocado, sliced

Cayenne pepper or hot sauce (for topping)

Sea salt, pepper to taste

Sautee onion and sliced Bok choy for a few minutes in some avocado oil. Add tomatoes and keep separate.  Fry your egg on the same pan.

It’s ok if it’s not perfect, still tastes great!

Place cooked rice in a bowl and top with Bok choy/onion mix, tomatoes, fried egg and freshly sliced avocado.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Add a dash of cayenne or drizzle of hot sauce before serving.

DAY 16 The Pain has Passed

Finally after a brutal night and morning, my pain has diminished greatly.  I never thought I would get through that.

I was sick to my stomach multiple, multiple times and couldn’t even keep a sip of water down.

Not to mention the excruciating pain that wouldn’t allow me to sleep or even sit still.

I contacted my LLMD and I was advised to stop taking the Hydroxychloroquine-the drug I suspected as the culprit all along, as well as decrease my Doxycycline dosage.  I am supposed to keep an eye on things and see the doctor if the pain and vomiting persists.  (I am hoping it will not!)

This feels like a relief and I feel almost human again 🙂

SO HAPPY that is over….for now.

DAY 16 HERX

Horrible night…. Absolutely horrible… I’m writing this as fast as I can before I have to be sick again or hunch over in pain.  I woke up at 2 am from excruciating upper left abdomen all pain radiating to my back.

I rocked myself, took pain killers, moaned repeatedly in pain and kept the heating pad wrapped around me… Nothing .. The pain is relentless.

Finally it is 530am and I tried to soak in the tub with some Epsom salts followed by a cold shower to shock my muscles to contract and help my lymphatic system work.

I took activated charcoal powder and drank the juice of 2 lemons in 1 cup water and that made me sick to my stomach at least 5 times now.

The pain in my abdomen and back won’t leave me 😂😂😂

Does anyone have any advice??? Or have experienced this? Please help me.
