Oh well! All for the purpose of getting better!
This smoothie is not very sweet but oddly satisfying.
Big handful spinach
1 c wild frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen unsweetened cherries
1/4 raw walnuts
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2 c unsweetened cashew milk
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Sprinkle with a few Cocao nibs and sip away your hunger.
