I am literally running out of groceries and needed something that I didn’t have to overthink. The only fruits I am “allowed” these days are raspberries, blueberries, pear, and apple. So I have a feeling most of my smoothies will be a variation of this colour. But I don’t mind. Berries are super healthy and low in sugar.
Biiiiig handful organic spring mix
1 1/2 c frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry mix)
1 c unsweetened hemp milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Whip it all up your Vitamix, or high speed blender, and there you have a tasty little afternoon snack.
