Don’t Judge Me by my Looks (Smoothie)

haha.. I needed to whip something up to feed my healing body that has zero appetite.  So I decided to forgo trying to make my smoothie look pretty today and combine a whole bunch of healing goodness.  I swear this actually tastes GOOD!

  
Ingredients:  

1/2 c unsweetened pure cranberry juice 

Small handful spinach

1/3 english cucumber (skin on)

1/4 avocado 

1 c fresh raspberries

1 small pear

1 tbsp flax seeds 

2 tbsp quinoa flakes (rolled oats work well too)

1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder

1 tsp stevia (powdered kind)

Pinch each of cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger (all ground)

3-4 ice Cubes

  The problem is it kinda looks like a kindergarten painting where all the colours are smeared together creating a muddy kinda lookūüėĀ

BUT hey, it actually tasted pretty darn good!   I ate mine in a bowl like a fruity tasty soup.  Threw a few berries, slivered almonds and pumpkin seeds on top, and it went down a treat ūüėÉ
