Healthy on the Go

I often struggle to find something truly healthy to eat when I’m outside of home and on the go. Today I found a few pretty good options which I will definitely recreate.

Simple.  Tasty. Well balanced.  The juice even helped my nausea!

Protein Box: chicken, boiled egg, hummus, carrot and celery sticks, and can’t forget my fave-the english cuke ūüėÉ Yummy!

I thought this would be a great idea to recreate at home!  You could sub chicken for chick peas and throw some grape tomato in there too!


Carrot, Apple, ginger and lime juice.  A little spicy but tasty!  And helped my queasy tummy ūüėä

Last, I bought some Raw wraps made with shredded carrot and flaxseed. YUM! Added sprouts, avocado and tomato-perfection!

  Raw goodness!
