Lunch Bowl 

I love lunch bowls.  There’s something about eating a meal that is visually appealing to the eye.

I threw this one together with what I had in the fridge and leftover grilled chicken.  Instead of chicken some baked chick peas would work well.

Really you can put whatever you like in this, it’s not really a “recipe”, more of a use whatever you have on hand kind of bowl 😃

I used:

Chopped grilled chicken

Chopped romaine lettuce 

Sliced avocado 

Chopped red pepper

Chopped cucumber 

Shredded carrots 

Chopped cilantro 

1 tbsp RaEnergy Supermix seeds

Drizzle of avocado oil, lemon juice and a bit of salt over top.

I would’ve liked some grape tomatoes in there but I’m all out today!
