Ryvita Snack

I love these crispbreads.  They are satisfying and the perfect canvas for all kinds of toppings.  Although not gluten free, still filled with goodness.  You can find  more recipes on their website Here.

Today I used Ryvita pumpkin seed and Oat crispbread topped with:

Mashed avocado

Sliced hard boiled egg

Grape tomato halves

Salt, pepper

Cilantro

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Super quick and Delish!
