Banana Protein Smoothie

I trick my boyfriend into drinking smoothies sometimes by putting them in a beer glass/mug or in a cup with a lid if they are green hahaha  (Shhh please don’t tell!)

It takes all of my willpower not to add that handful of spinach I so desperately want to  lol

This is a creamy delicious simple smoothie that I made for him the other day.

Ingredients:

1 c unsweetened almond milk

2 frozen bananas

1 fresh kiwi, peeled

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp brown rice syrup

Whip it all up until creamy, and serve right away.

  1. That sounds delicious, the flavor profile seems amazing but I would never think of it!
    & hehe I do the same thing with Elliott 🙂 boys, I swear they’re more fussy than children sometimes lol
