Tropical Dream Cream

YUM.  This was sooooo good and so easy!  It also made quite a large batch so I even have some leftover!  Woo hoo!  Just 4 ingredients too!

You will need a food processor to create this delicious icecream.  I have tried it in a blender and a it was a little tricky, but can be done a little at a time.  Just takes patience-which I was lacking last night haha

Ingredients:

1 c plain lactose free greek yogurt

2 frozen bananas, broken into small chunks

2 c frozen mango

1 c frozen pineapple

Sorry I didn’t take any pictures while I was making it or of the ingredients!  I was just too excited and forgot all about the process. I am sure there will be a next time…and another next time after there 🙂

ADD YOGURT AND BANANA TO THE FOOD PROCESSOR AND PULSE UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.

SLOWLY ADD THE OTHER FRUIT A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME.

YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE SOME FINISHED PRODUCT FROM THE PROCESSOR BEFORE STARTING A NEW BATCH.

I DID THIS AND MIXED IT ALL TOGETHER IN MY FREEZER CONTAINER AFTERWARDS.

ONCE ALL WELL BLENDED, ADD TO A FREEZER SAFE COVERED CONTAINER AND LET SIT IN THE FREEZER FOR 1.5 HOURS.

YOU CAN ALSO GOBBLE IT UP AS SUPER SOFT SERVE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU REALLY CAN’T WAIT 😉

I hope you enjoy!  We sure did…and went back for seconds…oops!
