Ingredients:
1 1/2 c pure coconut water (chilled)
1 small ripe banana, peeled
1/2 c frozen pineapple
1/2 c frozen wild blueberries
1/4 c raw shelled hemp seeds
1/2 Lemon, juice of
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your glass of choice and serve immediately.
