5 Minute Arm Workout-Sculpt and Shrink

I am on the hunt for quick workouts that I am able to accomplish these days.  I don’t know if I am up for weights yet because I am still pretty weak and my limbs feel like lead.  BUT, don’t be fooled, because this 5 minute arm workout is killer!!

You WILL feel the BURN.  Trust me!

My arms are still burning!  But I LOVE that feeling.  Watch the video below from Pilates for the People.  Enjoy! haha
